A converted granary, this cosy cottage is in the old farm yard complex of original stone buildings around a courtyard. It retains the stone and timberwork of the original construction and has been renovated with polished board floors, a woodburner and a mix of period and modern furniture. It is centrally heated and has a wood burner for cosy evenings in.

The open plan sitting/dining room has a spacious newly equipped kitchen area, with oak worksurfaces. French windows open from the living area onto a small south facing balcony, perfect for summer evenings. The pretty twin and double rooms upstairs have some exposed timber framing and there is an attractive shower room. The garden, to the south and west, has a table and chairs for eating out and a barbecue is available on request.

Facilities and equipment include, central heating, logburner dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, TV/DVD, radio, cot, books and games. Laundry room with free washing machines 20m approx. Parking adjacent to property.
