The Tollant is a wonderful three bedroomed apartment, converted from the old farm ‘tollant’, with a view south across the Wye valley and a sheltered roof garden extending from the dining room area. A former hayloft, this conversion has created an airy single storey cottage with ash flooring and ash doors made from local timber.

Ideal for a family or group of six, the Tollant has one double bedroom, one with a pair of twin beds and the third has a double and a single. There is a shower room with WC and a separate WC. The open plan sitting room/dining room has a railway stove and velux windows overlooking the old farmyard. A well equipped kitchen adjoins the dining area, which opens out through French windows onto the roof garden – ideal for relaxing, eating out and for children to play. Safely surrounded by railings and a gate, the roof garden, via a short flight of steps, is the main means of access to the Tollant.
